Artist Marketing Boot Camp

Workshop Description:

This workshop can be tailored to the needs of your audience to be a basic presentation on press releases and media relations and/or marketing and branding oneself as an artist, to a more in-depth “boot camp” where participants will get their feet wet writing a press release or a brand positioning statement and run through mock interview scenarios throughout the workshop.

Adrienne Nobles

Speaker Bio:

Adrienne Nobles is Director of Communications and Marketing for the University of Central Oklahoma where she brings more than 10 years of experience in public relations, marketing and communications. She manages and writes releases for the UCO News Bureau, serves as a media liaison and spokesperson, and directs the creative development and implementation of advertising, marketing and branding initiatives at UCO. Her past experience includes work in public relations and marketing for the UCO Foundation, UCO’s College of Fine Arts and Design, the UCO Jazz Lab and TAParchitecture. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University’s School of Journalism and Broadcasting and also worked for several years in radio and television broadcasting as an anchor, reporter and producer.
