Oklahoma Museum of Art has three part-time adjunct teaching positions available:

Gallery Teacher

The Gallery Teacher will facilitate gallery and studio experiences relating to special exhibitions and the Museum’s permanent collection for groups of various ages.

Outreach Programs Teaching Artist

The Outreach Programs Teaching Artist will facilitate art-making experiences inspired by special exhibitions and the Museum’s permanent collection at outreach program sites. Teaching Artists must be comfortable teaching introductory level skills in several media, potentially including painting, collage, ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, photography, fiber arts, new media, and more.

Studio Programs Teaching Artist

The Studio Programs Teaching Artist will facilitate studio art-making experiences inspired by special exhibitions and the Museum’s permanent collection. Teaching Artists may work in one or more media, including but not limited to drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, printmaking, installation, animation, photography, fiber arts, and new media.
