Organized in 1988, the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition is a non-profit organization that supports visual artists living and working in Oklahoma. OVAC promotes public interest in the arts and helps people of all ages understand the visual arts.
Through OVAC, artists connect with galleries, collectors and each other. They learn to market their art and to find creativity within themselves. They show their work in OVAC-sponsored exhibitions and they can earn grants to create public art and attend art-enriching programs.
