The photographer will take images of your work on the day(s) in-between drop off and pick up. Include any special instructions in the sign-up form. If you cannot pick up or drop off your work on the designated days, let us know! We can also arrange same-day drop off/pickup if needed. Images will be edited, cropped, and sent to you via a download link shared over email in both JPG and TIFF format. You'll be getting an email with your files from jamesdaniel.epperson@gmail.com. Check your Spam folder! OVAC reserves the right to use all images created in the photography studio for promo purposes with artist credit. Note that it can take up to two weeks to you receive your images. Cancellations made less than one week in advance are non-refundable. |
