The Graphic Designer will work with the Director of Marketing and Communications to assist in executing the creative for Oklahoma Contemporary’s marketing, advertising, exhibition design and print collateral related to the organization and its various programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and excellent verbal and written communications skills. Art and/or nonprofit experience a plus. Team player a must.

The All Access Arts Coordinator supports the growth and impact of Arts Council OKC’s All Access Arts programs through hands-on program management and volunteer coordination. Key duties include managing calendars; maintaining systems (Altru, XTruLink); supporting programs like Second Saturday, Camp Contemporary, Sensory Friendly Hour and Community Engagement; and assisting with event setup and customer service. The role also involves preparing materials for committees and board meetings, maintaining the Learning Gallery, and coordinating with external partners. Ideal candidates are dependable, organized and enthusiastic about supporting arts-based community engagement.

Associate Registrar

Philbrook Museum of Art is seeking candidates to fill the position of Associate Registrar. The Associate Registrar is responsible for the proper documentation, care, handling, storage, and movement of artworks in accordance with professional museum standards. The position works collaboratively with curatorial and other collections and exhibitions staff, along with external contractors and lenders, to install exhibitions, execute loans, and manage acquisition and deaccessioning processes and logistics. This position supervises and trains interns and volunteers. The Associate Registrar develops registration budgets, goals, objectives, and priorities in conjunction with the Director of Collections and Exhibitions.

The Firehouse is hiring! We are seeking additional art faculty to teach classes; from kids and adults to outreach programs! Firehouse faculty members are professional teaching artists contracted by the Firehouse to provide creative visual arts instruction in a variety of mediums.
