The World Organization of China Painters is hiring for an Administrative Assistant position. The Administrative Assistant will directly assist the Director and will play a key role in the daily operations of the WOCP headquarters office, Porcelain Art Museum and our membership. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Reader, Windows and social media (Instagram, Facebook). This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration. This individual works with integrity and ethically and brings a positive presence to the workplace. Museum, non-profit and clerical experience is preferred but not essential.

All Access Arts Coordinator

The All Access Arts Coordinator supports the growth and impact of Arts Council OKC’s All Access Arts programs through hands-on program management and volunteer coordination. Philbrook Museum of Art is seeking candidates to fill the position of Associate Registrar. The Associate Registrar is responsible for the proper documentation, care, handling, storage, and movement of artworks in accordance with professional museum standards. The position works collaboratively with curatorial and other collections and exhibitions staff, along with external contractors and lenders, to install exhibitions, execute loans, and manage acquisition and deaccessioning processes and logistics. This position supervises and trains interns and volunteers. The Associate Registrar develops registration budgets, goals, objectives, and priorities in conjunction with the Director of Collections and Exhibitions.
