The Customer Service Agent is a key team member of Factory Obscura, who can move between positions as needed to support operating needs, including retail, box office, and Agent of Experience. This front-of-house support role requires a high level of customer engagement, attention to detail, sales, cash handling and supporting the daily operations of the gift shop, box office, and art experience. Additionally, this role contributes to cleaning and maintaining the shop space, merchandising, answering questions, assisting guests with ticketing and merchandise. A bright personality and a passion for inclusive community is highly desired. This role requires enthusiasm for and enjoyment in interacting with the public, and a deep interest in creating a joyful experience for the participants. This is a non-artist role reporting to the Manager. This job operates in a professional artistic environment. The employee will comply with company workplace protocols, the Factory Obscura Handbook, as well as our Code of Collaboration.

Art Instructor
Firehouse Art Center | Norman, OK

The Firehouse is hiring! We are seeking additional art faculty to teach classes; from kids and adults to outreach programs! Firehouse faculty members are professional teaching artists contracted by the Firehouse to provide creative visual arts instruction in a variety of mediums. As instructors, they enthusiastically challenge, engage, and communicate with their students to encourage individual participation and learning while meeting the needs and experience level of each student. Artists interested in applying should have a minimum of a Bachelors in visual arts; those with prior teaching experience are preferred.
