The Administrative Assistant will directly assist the Director and will play a key role in the daily operations of the WOCP headquarters office, Porcelain Art Museum and our membership. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Reader, Windows and social media (Instagram, Facebook). This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration. This individual works with integrity and ethically and brings a positive presence to the workplace. Museum, non-profit and clerical experience is preferred but not essential. |
