Brief Artist Bio

Karis is an artist, designer and arts educator working out of Oklahoma City. They received their BFA from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma and went on to receive their MFA from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Brief Artist Statement

In their work, Karis explores the intricacies of human existence, portraying individuals as fragile yet profound vessels. Through vibrant colors and surreal imagery, they challenge viewers to ponder the absurdity and beauty of impermanence.
