Brief Artist Bio

Lumen Miramontes is an interdisciplinary teaching artist with a soft spot for printmaking. Dubbed an 'Art Goblin' by their friends, Lumen mashes media together to create works imbued with exploration and discovery.

Brief Artist Statement

My work explores sensory overwhelm, autistic burnout, mental anguish, as well as the incredible joy I experience as a neurodivergent person with heightened sensory experiences. I love making pieces that viewers viscerally relate to.
