Sheree Greider is a self taught painter. Color, movement and texture play a part of the story. Her works range from raging thunderstorms to intimate portraits, telling stories in paint. Sheree’s work is collected throughout the US and abroad.

Brief Artist Statement

Painting is a very emotional experience for me. I first explore my subject mentally, visualizing how I will express the substance of the person, place or experience. I usually work very quickly and often with layers to achieve an interesting texture
