The Public Arts Commission of Enid (PACE) in Enid, Oklahoma, is seeking proposals from professional artists to be considered for community public art to be installed near the Stride Bank Center/Convention Hall.

The area for the public art will be next to the Stride Bank Center along the West side of Grand Avenue. A location map is provided in Attachment A & B. The public art display is intended to remain for a minimum of 10 years.

The vision for the project is vibrant, dynamic and inspiring art that will add to our every growing outdoor public artwork. The art must be original, appropriate for outdoor installation, and be able to withstand Oklahoma weather conditions.

It will be the responsibility of the artist or artist team to provide and finance the supplies necessary for the completion of the project. This includes but may not be limited to paints, rental equipment, transportation, lodging, project insurance, and any necessary base/foundation for the art.
