Neuro-art by Nichole Montgomery is a distinctive art form that uses free-flowing lines to express thoughts and feelings, welcoming anyone to explore their inner experiences, regardless of skill level. The focus is on the creative process rather than the final product, encouraging intuitive expression.

Participants only need to bring a pen; colored markers or pencils are optional. Nichole will provide dried watercolor on mixed media paper attached to a board, as well as a blank sheet after the first lesson.

Creating neuro-art helps relieve mental tension, reduce stress and anxiety, and fosters a relaxed mindset, much like getting lost in a good novel.
