Join Rachele Cromer at her opening reception for "It's Too Bad That I'm Not Sad" at the Paseo Arts and Creativity Center! This show is a celebration of reclaiming life through joy, whimsy, community, and gratitude.

Fueled by humor, a little pettiness, and just a touch of vengeance, these works are a love letter to Rach's present self, a tribute to finding bravery in difficult times, and an act of forgiveness toward the person she was before.

This exhibition closes the book on a dark chapter and opens the first page of a fresh start. It is about choosing joy in the face of uncertainty, finding light in unexpected places, and remembering that even after the hardest seasons, there is still room for laughter, beauty, possibility, and occasionally, letting life’s worst moments lead to inspiration.

She hopes that these pieces spark a little happiness, invite a moment of play, and serve as a reminder: never settle for less than you deserve.
