Join 108|Contemporary for this gelli plate printing workshop led by Gayle Williams. Learn how to make monoprints on fabric and paper using the gelatin plate printing technique. Beginner friendly, no experience necessary. A gelatin plate is primarily used to create images picked up on paper. The results are ‘monoprints’—unique images created only once. Acrylic paint is applied to the plate to create simple or complex layers of design with masks, stencils, stamps and any other tool that creates mark-making.
