ArtLab OKC is the city’s only therapeutic art group held by Sara Whitehead, LCSW a licensed mental health therapist and artist. ArtLab OKC supports local artists and creatives by helping participants explore their own creativity, blockages to their work, and engage with mindful, trauma-informed therapeutic art modalities to discover and express their highest creative potential. Every Thursday from 6:30-8:00pm starting September 3rd. First class is FREE! Ages 18+
